As you await the release of my novel "Birth of Bitcoin", I wanted to share an inspiration behind its supernatural-horror elements - the brilliant Italian director Dario Argento. Argento was amongst the pioneers of the giallo genre in the 1970s - Italian murder-mysteries known for their stylistic murders. With 1977's masterpiece "Suspiria," he introduced the supernatural, cementing himself as a singular horror visionary. Last year I watched Suspiria and was instantly captivated by his singular style. Over the next few months I voraciously watched all of his directed films.
